Today´s world confronts us daily with the claim of certain “scientific results providing proof” for one or another hypothesis – often for nothing less than to help promoting a political opinion, aka silencing other attitudes. This talk / workshop attempts to give you some basic skills in source-proofing or handling such situations. It is doing so by providing an engaging tour de force explaining how many of such scientific evidences actually are produced, what they can tell about reality and and how they therefore should be communicated.
